Julia Kupke works with individuals and groups as a teacher and trainer in mindfulness, yoga (Strala & Yin), and meditation, as well as in 1:1 settings focusing on body-oriented trauma therapy and personal development. She creates spaces for self-exploration, integration, and growth, where people can connect more deeply with themselves and discover what is meaningful and healing in their lives. Her approach is grounded in more than 15 years of intensive training in mindfulness, yoga, meditation, Buddhist and contemplative psychotherapy, and Somatic Experiencing. With authenticity and warmth, she brings together body, mind, and heart in a way that bridges theory and practice.
