Nexus Institute Yoga & Wellness is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School in Nosara, Costa Rica, offering immersive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, and 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Located just steps from Playa Guiones and the Pacific Ocean, Nexus offers residential training programs that bring together yoga study, embodied practice, and the experience of living and learning in one of Costa Rica’s most established yoga destinations.

Rooted in the rich yoga tradition of Nosara, Nexus Institute is committed to continuing the legacy and teachings of Don and Amba Stapleton and the Nosara Yoga Institute. Our approach integrates traditional yoga philosophy and practice with modern yoga scholarship, anatomy, neuroscience, somatic practices, and embodied learning.

Recognized for its immersive learning environment and distinctive educational approach, Nexus Institute welcomes students seeking yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, Yoga Alliance–registered teacher training, advanced yoga studies, Yin Yoga certification, and residential yoga retreats in Nosara.
