Alicia López is a RYT200 educator whose yoga journey began over fifteen years ago. In the past, she has co-created a community-centered yoga studio; facilitated meditation courses in a wide array of environments, from elementary schools to prisons; and more recently is finding joy in supporting Nexus students through their 200-hour training program.
Her contributions are informed by a deep love for embodied learning, self-expression through movement, building community, and being of service to others. Alicia holds a B.A. in Visual Arts and English Literature from Amherst College. She grew up in San José, Costa Rica.
